AMANO’s AC-900 protects workers and equipment from air borne oil mist in indoor factory spaces. The ability to link multiple units together through web connectivity make the AC-900 to most innovative ceiling mounted mist collection system on the market.
Breakthrough Electronic Collection Method
Air-containing mist particles pass through the charging electrode becoming positively charged. When this charged mist flows into the final stages of the mist collector, it is electrostatically attracted to the mist collector plate (ground electrode) where it is collected and trapped.
Implementation Plan
Based on the requirement of air volume, calculate the ventilation frequency to determine the necessary number of mist collectors, and arrange them accordingly to ensure uniform purification of the entire space.
Enhances Air Cleanliness
